Éric has more than 25 years of experience in communications. He began his career as a radio and television host before transitioning into communication and public relations for non-profits involved in events, local development, and entrepreneurship support. This allowed him to develop expertise in strategic communication planning, press relations, and event organization. Éric also acquired solid skills in media creativity and sales, notably at Cogeco Média, where he designed and deployed multi-platform promotional campaigns for diverse companies. He is recognized for his organizational sense, creativity, and rigor, with a keen attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Éric holds a certificate in communication from the Université de Sherbrooke and has earned accreditations in marketing analysis, public relations, and social media. He regularly continues his education to stay at the forefront of communication trends.

Marie-Michèle Nadon has more than 20 years of experience in communications across a wide range of sectors, from telecommunications to public transit, as well as engineering and the mining industry. An internal communications specialist, she openly admits a soft spot for frontline employees—her favorite audience. Fully bilingual (French/English), she has a knack for finding the right tone to foster real dialogue, provide meaning, and bring teams together, even in the most demanding contexts.

Marie-Michèle has supported organizations through major transformations: operating model changes, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, negotiations, rollout of various programs (benefits, recognition, OHS), software implementations, and cultural shifts. No matter how complex the challenge, she holds fast to her conviction: change begins, first and foremost, with people.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from McGill University and an MBA from HEC Montréal, combining strategic expertise with creativity. For over 20 years, Caroline Ménard has specialized in graphic and multimedia creation, notably as a designer and art director. Her professional experience spans branding, event communication, web design, search engine optimization, email marketing, and multimedia for diverse projects—primarily in the arts, health, finance, commerce, tourism, education, and human resources sectors.

Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Communication (multimedia profile) from UQAM and a college diploma in Letters (cinema profile), Caroline combines graphic and interactive web design skills with project management expertise alongside our numerous partners.

Mylène Ménard is a linguistic advisor and translator (English to French), as well as a seasoned public relations professional with over 20 years of experience. Her expertise covers various sectors, including corporate communications, public relations, and linguistic project management. Thanks to her mastery of cultural and linguistic nuances, Mylène helps organizations convey their messages effectively to a Francophone audience.

She holds degrees in Communications and Political Science from the University of Ottawa and a translation certificate from the Université de Montréal. Passionate about art and fashion, she has also completed training in artistic makeup.

Maryna has worked in visual communication for over 10 years. Since 2017, she has designed branding, websites, and communication tools for a variety of agency clients—projects distinguished by their originality and modernity. Her skills cover graphic design, web design, and print. Maryna is also an illustrator and painter—additional artistic talents that allow her to bring a uniquely creative perspective to every assignment from our clients.

She holds a degree in Visual Communication and Multimedia from the École supérieure des arts appliqués de Roubaix (France) and a Graphic Design degree from the prestigious Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Ghent (Belgium).

Marie-Claude has worked in advertising for over 30 years. She possesses extensive expertise in advertising and marketing gained both in agencies and on the client side, allowing her to have a very precise understanding of our clients’ needs. Renowned for her organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset, she brings her passion and dedication to every client.

With a degree in Communication Sciences from the Université de Montréal, Marie-Claude quickly applied her expertise to prestigious and diverse clients such as L’Oréal Canada, Desjardins, Tourisme Québec, and the SAQ, for which she planned national media campaigns. She also leveraged her love of cinema by contributing to the launch of over 200 films distributed by Films Séville.

Over the years, she has diversified her expertise to include promotion, project management, creation of advertising and promotional materials, and content marketing.

As a senior consultant and true orchestra conductor of the agency, she ensures that the best talents are assigned to each project she manages. Her rigor guarantees respect for deadlines, budgets, brand fidelity, and work quality. Alongside the growth of these platforms, he has produced videos for businesses and ads, adapting his approach to modern formats on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. A versatile professional, he masters video and still photography, lighting, sound recording, editing, and is a certified drone pilot. In addition to teaching photography and filmmaking at Institut Grasset and Collège Marsan, Guy dedicates nearly half of his time to non-profits, producing reports for more than 30 organizations in the past two years.
