TRAINING PROGRAM
Theoretical portion
- Prepare a clear, targeted message for different audiences by identifying and prioritizing key points to convey.
- Structure a logical, coherent speech that captures and maintains the audience’s attention.
- Master presentation techniques such as voice modulation, gestures, eye contact, and posture to strengthen credibility and impact.
- Engage the audience to encourage participation and maintain interest.
- Manage stress and anxiety before and during presentations to ensure optimal performance.
- Adapt to various audiences and contexts, including unexpected situations.
- Evaluate one’s performance after each presentation by receiving and incorporating feedback to continuously improve communication skills.
Practical portion
The “My Non-Profit in 90 Seconds” exercise will allow participants to present their organization in a concise and impactful manner. After a brief preparation period, each attendee will have the opportunity to practice the skills acquired during the theoretical part. The exercise will be followed by constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement in communication skills.
